U.S. R32 Registry

Getting close to putting the snow tires on. My stock Michelin's are getting close to the wear bar. So they will be coming off over the winter for rim painting and new rubber! Saw a GT-R yesterday, so bad ass. I am really interested in one, may be a new ride in the spring. Tchuess.....

I just went over 20K miles, and she runs nice. Not too bad for 14 months or so of ownership. Tchuess.....

#1592 is closing in on 20K miles and still running perfect, no issues yet at all. I will probably have to have the oil changed at a VW dealer in Rochester NY in 2 weeks. Tchuess.....

Took a trip to Canandaigua NY and saw a DBP R32 so I pulled into his spot. It is 1565, and mine is 1592, so kind of cool. It was a bit rough, but still nice. Never found the guy, but I took a pic. My R32 is over 17k miles, still running perfect. I hit 132mph the other day but ran out of room. Tchuess......

Got back from the Glen and had a good time. Car did great as usual, but I am looking for less weight and more HP!!! Considering a 2009 Audi TT for now. 500lbs lighter, and with the 2.0 you have lots of tuning options. I ran about 2:35 this year, down 5 seconds from last year. I guess the rims and chip helped! My R32 is on the left, and a dude's from Ithaaca is on the right. Tchuess.....

Well, I went out again to get some better numbers. I rolled out to the million dollar hwy and had some fun. New 0-60 is 5.90, 1/4 mile is 14.40@99.1, and 218awhp. Better figures than those from a few days before. Watkins glen on monday and tuesday!! Sleeping in utica, so i can roll out and save some time in the am. Tchuess.....

I borrowed a GTech Pro from a buddy to see what numbers we could come up with. I am still learning it, but not too hard to use at all. I came up with a 1/4 mile time of 15.36@96.9mph, 190awhp, and a 0-60 of 6.44. Not too bad for a first run, will try again in the future. I used a weight of 3710, 3510 car, 175 me, 25 fuel. Tchuess.....

15404 miles, when i just washed her. we took a trip to stamford on saturday to see some friends. Had fun crossing from NY into MA on the Taconic Parkway! Rough road, but the R32 took it fine, and handles the bumps very well. Hit some heavy rain saturday nt heading home, but thanks to rain-x and the awd we rolled at 85-90mph on the thruway. Patty's tiguan just went over 19,000 miles!! still runs and drives like new! Tchuess.....

As of 5 jul 2009, that is the mileage. nothing else to report, tchuess......
